Walmart Store Remodel

This logistically complex remodel encompassed nearly all areas of an operational big-box retailer. Our approach to success involved careful planning and communication efforts throughout the day, with execution of work conducted overnight to minimize disruption to customers. The store was fully operational by 6:30 am each morning.

The pharmacy renovation, completed over five nights, entailed relocating pneumatic lines for the drive-up lane and installing a new front facade. Upgrades to the restrooms and breakroom were also carried out. Additional enhancements included the installation of refrigerated cases, replacement of the deep fryer, painting of both exterior and interior surfaces, floor repairs, new wall coverings, and millwork. A rooftop condenser was installed for the frozen ice cream cake display, while sprinkler heads were added for fire protection. Upgrades to lighting, power systems, and plumbing fixtures were implemented, alongside door installations, exterior masonry repairs, and fence repairs.
