Tenant Fit-Out

This 2,655 square foot tenant fit-out for a veterinary clinic, located within a DiMarco Group-owned plaza, was successfully completed by the project team. Close collaboration with existing tenants flanking the space ensured minimal disruption to their operations during construction.

The clinic boasts a "fear free" environment, enhanced by vibrant and engaging graphics throughout the space. Designed to cater to the diverse needs of its clientele, the finished areas include a surgery suite, x-ray room, four exam rooms, pharmacy area, lab, observation rooms for both cats and dogs, an office, and storage room. A thoughtfully designed reception area features separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience for all furry visitors.
