New Retail Building

This project involved the construction of a 6,000 square foot free-standing retail building, along with a 3,000 square foot build-out for Verizon. Constructed with structural steel and metal framing, the building featured a brick and stone veneer. Installation of all new utilities on the site was necessary, requiring careful coordination of shutdowns with BayTowne merchants and the utility company.

Site work encompassed various tasks including a DOT curb cut, sidewalk installation, parking lot construction, and landscaping. Additionally, new storm lines and a catch basin were installed along the main roadway to ensure proper drainage and infrastructure for the development.
