However, navigating the challenges of this 12-story marvel requires finesse. Coordinating multiple construction projects simultaneously, communication is critical. Balancing the historic charm with the needs of the building owner and occupants, we're working seamlessly above and below occupied areas, minimizing disruptions to daily activities and special events.

The infrastructure upgrade adds another layer to the complexity. Tying into commercial spaces and other tenant areas, our work extends to the central plant, including a new boiler plant, chiller plant, and intricate piping.
