Paul Colucci

Paul Colucci has more than 20 years industry experience and has served as DiMarco's Vice President of Construction and Development for 10 years. In his current role, he works directly with clients and places a high priority on building relationships. Paul has been heavily involved in several highly visible projects that have led to increased recognition of the company within the greater Rochester community.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fredonia State College. Paul's background as a civil engineering consultant and the director of development for a Fortune 500 retailer has provided him with extensive knowledge in development, the design-build delivery method and all phases of the construction process.

Paul is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and outside of work, he is Vice President of Hockey Operations for Rochester Youth Hockey.
